A renovation project located in Quevedo, Los Ríos Province, Ecuador, where we were tasked with intervening in a pre-existing design and structural framework covering approximately 60 square meters. The project involved the development of a carefully curated color palette aimed at enhancing user experience, promoting a sense of serenity, contemporary aesthetics, and subtle refinement throughout the space. Spatial optimization was a key objective, with every square meter strategically utilized to create a warm, homely, productive, and functionally efficient environment. The proposal was tailored to meet the specific needs of the occupants, with detailed attention to usability, comfort, and spatial flow. The intervention reconfigured the original layout, resulting in a more coherent and efficient distribution. The outcome is a redefined habitat—designed as a refuge from the urban hustle—functioning as the nucleus of the users' daily living experience.

KUON RESIDENCIAS es un moderno conjunto de 13 unidades personalizadas de vivienda, su oferta desde los 150m2, cuenta con espacios introspectivos que proporcionan una nueva interpretación del concepto de “familia” destinado a las futuras generaciones de jóvenes que llegarán a experimentar el ambiente campestre a través de una conexión entre la luz y el silencio, con la demanda de áreas verdes privadas, por lo que cada casa cuenta con jardines desde los 40m2.
